Madina Church of Christ cleans up Pantang Hospital.

The youth of Madina Church of Christ organized a clean up exercise today 25th August, 2018 as part of their youth month celebration.This was in line with the church's social responsibilities to the community.

After several dialogues between the church leadership and hospital authorities, the green light was given for the exercise to take off.

More than sixty healthy and gallant youth of the church clad in their youth month celebration shirt arrived at the hospital premises with looks of excitements on their faces.

In a welcome address by the hospital authority, he expressed his profound gratitude to the youth for their sense of patriotism shown the hospital. Pantang hospital is one of the biggest psychiatric hospitals in the country located in Pantang, Accra providing essential medical and psychological services to mentally ill patients in the country.

The exercise began around 7am and lasted 2pm midday. The youth weeded the bushy places, cleaned the walkways, gutters and many more whiles singing to their sweet church choruses with their melodious voices.

In an interview with Angel TV, the youth coordinator, Mr Alex Ofori entreated every Ghanaian youth to commit themselves to doing church work and God will reward them for it. In addition, Mr Martin Mensah the youth organizer also urged other congregations to follow suit.
