 A list of 'top 20 Facebook political advertisement spend circulating on social media details how much money in US dollars was paid by political parties, political figures, popular personalities and the news platform for  promoting their party, flag-bearers and election related contents to tens of thousands of facebook users towards the 2020 general elections. The list is a summation of political advertisements shown to Facebook users from the month of August through to December 2020. From a look at the list, the former president - John Mahama is seen at the top as the highest spender of political Facebook advertisements with an amount of $65,120 followed by the president of the Republic of Ghana-H. These Are The Security Officers You Will See At Any Polling Station On December 7
