4. MODE OF ASSESSMENT:

Exams Committee to sit down for exams modalities to ensure there is assessment. Equipment procured for the MMDED to print exams questions

5. TRAININGS OF JHS TEACHERS ON THE NEW CURRICULUM

Training of JHS Teachers on the New Curriculum is being planned and will be done before schools resume fully

Government develop Curriculum and individuals or companies write books for government to purchase. Valuation is on going and by January 2021 the textbooks will be ready at schools

7. PROMOTIONS

Very soon the advert for promotion to the various ranks will be out and promotion exams exams conducted before the end of the year (2020).

8. PAST QUESTION BOOKLETS

The past question booklets are for the schools and students needed to be taken through to prepare them on the structure of the exam papers and NOT Necessarily to expect the questions from the booklet to drop.

9. UPGRADING

Teachers going for Further studies should pursue courses that are relevant to the profession before they can be upgraded.

10. HEADTEACHER RESPONSIBILITY ALLOWANCE

All Basic Heads Responsibility Allowance have been restored those whose are not worked on can make specific cases through their various MMDDE

11. REGISTRATION OF UNQUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THE BECE

It has come to the attention of Management that some Basic Public School Heads are found of Registering candidates from Private schools and lower classes from some Public Schools for a fee. Those in that act should desist from that or punished when caught.

12. SELECTION OF SHTS/VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

Information available to management indicates that some heads refuse to take candidates through the selection because of their failure to pay PTA Levies. That, PTA is Not part of GES system and for that matter heads caught will be dealt with accordingly.

13. GRANTING INTERVIEWS TO MEDIA HOUSES

No teacher should Grant interview to any media House. When they visit your school they should be directed to the MMDDE.

14. COMPILATION OF SUBJECT TEACHERS LIST

All Heads are to compile list of Subject teachers at school level and submit to the MMDDE.

All JHS Heads are expected to compile list of JHS 2 and submit to the MMDDE
